2012年6月，美国某知识产权银行欲收购宁波某LED生产商之LED发明专利包（含中国专利、欧盟专利、美国专利、日本专利、韩国专利、香港专利、台湾专利等等），作为该知识产权银行的长期合作伙伴，赢手网接受买卖双方委托，在交易前对该LED专利包进行了深入的Claim Chart撰写、分析，评估其权利要求稳定性与可诉性，并就其合理价格提供了计算公式依据与可参考因素。最终双方在赢手网提供的报告基础上，达成了专利包交易，创下了赢手网设立至今最大的一宗知识产权交易。（说明：鉴于客户保密需要，本消息隐去真实公司名称与专利信息）
In June 2012, a Ningbo LED manufacturer entrusted Windealer to sell her portfolio of LED patents (include US, JP, KR, EU, TW, HK). Aiming to convince the possible buyer, Windealer made deep analysis into this patent portfolio by studying Claim Charts, applicable technologies and legal issues of that. Finally both sides made the deal basing on Windealer's detailed and convincible evaluation report.
